Generally, no you don’t, however if you have a referral from your GP, Physiotherapist or another health professional then please bring it. Patients with an Enhanced Primary Care Program (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management Plan who wish to claim from Medicare will need a referral from their GP in order to claim a Medicare rebate. You will need to bring this to your appointment. Patient's with a Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA) card need to bring a referral from their GP the first time they see us and then annually after that.

Health Fund rebates apply depending on the type and level of your cover, so please check with your health fund if you are unsure. We have HICAPS on the spot claiming facilities available. DVA patients will require their Gold Card, Medicare rebates only apply with an accompanying EPC referral.

No, we do not bulk bill for any Podiatry Services. However we do offer discounts to those who have a Pension or Health Care Card.

Generally your Initial Consultation is approximately 40 minutes long and a Standard Consultation is approximately 20 minutes long. These times can very depending on the nature and complexity of your condition.
